They're generally pretty good. I brought in my car recently because the starter went out. However, it took about four days to fix it and when I got it back, it wasn't running right and the antennae was bent. They never tested my car to make sure it was running how it should and they didn't try to fix what they did to my antennae until I pointed it out to them and asked that it was fixed. I'll come back because they did do a good job, but I'm definitely a bit skeptical after this last visit.

It is so great to have a mechanic that is trustworthy and willing to take the time to explain the repairs needed. Brian and his staff at North Eugene Automotive are the best!

I have had absolute great service from NEA. They regularly maintain a 1995 F250 ranch truck, several previously owned vehicles and are also my “go to” mechanic shop for a custom 1962 f100 show truck. They’re a top notch team with top notch customer service. I highly recommend them.

On a recent trip to Salem, we lost all of the coolant in our system.My buddy Zach recommended Brian and the crew at North Eugene Automotive for the repair. I had the vehicle towed to their shop on a Saturday, left a message on their voicemail and dropped off my keys. My car was repaired and we picked it up on Monday before closing. The owner, Brian, let my kids each choose a free HotWheels car from a bag before we left. I HIGHLY recommend North Eugene Automotive. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This place is a fucking joke I'm an 18 year old gurl who drives a Mercedes and when I walked in all they saw was daddy's money when in turn I'm paying for all my own shit that they quoted for my car.... my dad has a friend who used to work at a Mercedes mechanic and the special stuff fluid that they told me here that Mercedes has doesn't exhist they quoted me on stuff I don't need to fix at all and the one thing I need to fix does not need to be completely replaced. They left my car a fucking mess I have tan interior and it was gross and black and I had to get my car detailed after this place is so unprofessional I'm so bad I even spent 275 I want all that back so bad don't go here!!!! I was beyond mad when I got home and everyone else who I asked said this place is a joke.

My visit to Eugene began in a very upsetting way, by crashing into an armchair that must have fallen off another vehicle and was in the center lane of the Beltline.
