Under new ownership and it shows. Use to be a great place to go and have great trustworthy repairs done. I needed some repairs and called to get a quote. Was told they'd call me back with it. After 24 hours had passed I called again. Talked to the new owner and he said he forgot and would call me by end of the day. That was 2 days ago and nothing still. Hard to find a good shop these days and I had found one which was recommended to me 5 years ago. With service like this one can only imagine what the repairs are like now. Sure miss the previous owner. Lost my business for good.

I took my car in for the first time today, and was very impressed. Brian and the crew were very polite and pleasant. The part arrived quickly, and the job was reasonably and fairly priced. The entire experience was very efficient, and I was happy to get the task checked off my list! I definitely plan to come back. Hopefully not too soon though!

A true Car Whisperer! North Eugene Automotive will listen to your cars needs and fix those hard to find problems sometimes even with a stethoscope. They will diagnose and care for your car like a doctor does patients with perfect bedside manner. I am a repeat customer and wouldn't go any where else. Great friendly service!

First and foremost, knowledgeable. Immediately when you walk in, you know you're in good hands. They tackle the problem without making up extra needed repairs or over-charging. This is a highly ethical place. They want return customers. And in order for people to return, they need service done right the first time. No scams, shams or wam-bam-get-outta-here's.
