My daughter has gone her for years and now I am sold. It is nice to have somewhere to take my van that I can trust! Definitely what I have been looking for in a Mechanic!

I would never take my car anywhere else. The first time I had an issue with my car I got a quote for $700 from a different repair shop on River Rd. My friend recommended North Eugene and they did the repair and changed my oil for a little over $300. Every mechanic I've talked to there has been really knowledgable and friendly. When I need a new car I'm definitely going to buy from their used car lot, as I've heard a lot of good experiences from that side of their business too. Thanks guys!

Looking for a mechanic with Integrity; look no more. I was referred to NEA by a perfect stranger. The minute I walked into the shop I knew I had found an honest mechanic. Brian (proprietor) was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He was patient, explained what was wrong with my vehicle, provided me with the best options and repaired my vehicle. Brian restored my faith. Having a wonderful and honest mechanic for over 20 years and then moving out of state; I would not hesitate recommending North Eugene Automotive to anyone, especially, if you are a women. My vehicle has over 405,000. Thanks to Brian, my vehicle is running again and I made it back home safely.

Brian and Co. are the best in town. Honest, respectful, and ethical. What more could someone ask of a mechanic and used car salesman. I love my rebuilt 2002 ford GT Mustang. It runs great. If I have questions, Brian doesn't hesitate to answer. I have had car repairs done there even before I bought this one. You can't go wrong!! Thank-you NEA!!!

These guys are GREAT! This place was recommended to us by a friend and definitely did not disappoint. They got us in and repaired right away the first time we needed them, and we have been going back ever since! Their team is knowledgeable and friendly. The owner has gone out of his way to meet our needs in ways that was absolutely above and beyond. They have our business for good!
